Stephen Burchert is guiding these trips.

   Steve has enjoyed visiting breweries for 25+ years and has been touring breweries even before the craft beer revolution. He has toured more than 200 breweries in 7 countries. Steve is passionate about interacting with the local beer community. He enjoys brewery neighbourhoods and experiencing the sights, sounds and unique foods that are found there.

   Steve has spent most of his working life in the hospitality, tourism and beverage industries. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Hotel and Food Administration. He has a WSET Level 2 in Wines and in Spirits and has completed many professional development courses in food, beverage and travel. He is a member of Victoria Beer Society, CAMRA Victoria and the Chaine des Rotisseurs.

Steve loves discovering the local food and beer scene in his travels and is a culinary professional, writer and educator. He wants you to join him exploring the world, one brewery at a time.
